基于改进FAHP法的装备指挥效能评估

摘要 运用模糊层次分析法(即FAHP法)评估数字化部队装备指挥效能,针对问题特点做出几点改进.其一,要求专家在比较指标重要程度的同时指明比较结果的置信度,用对称三角模糊数表示评判结果;其二,合理定义对称三角模糊数的比较可能度,并应用于权重的确定;其三,根据底层评估指标特点,将其划分为客观评估指标和主观评估指标两类,采用不同方法计算指标值.最后进行了评估实践. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method has been used to make efficiency evaluation of equipment command.Several improvements have been put forward.Firstly,the weight of each indicator is determined based on the ideas of symmetric triangular fuzzy numbers and relative possibility.Experts are required to point out the confidence to the importance between two indicators.Accordingly,the symmetric triangular fuzzy number consisted of importance and confidence has been formed,which contains more information than just one number.Secondly,relative possibility between two triangular fuzzy numbers is used to get the weight of each indicator.Finally,indicators in the bottom level are divided into two categories,objective ones and subjective ones.Corresponding methods are adopted to calculate the value.Finally,a practical example is given.
