卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血疗效观察

Observation of the effect of card other tromethamine for postpartum hemorrhage

目的：观察产后出血患者采用卡前列素氨丁三醇进行治疗的临床疗效，为产后出血的临床治疗提供依据。方法选取80例产后出血患者为研究对象，随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组患者产后给予缩宫素进行治疗。观察组患者则在产后给予缩宫素与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合进行治疗。观察和记录两组患者的临床疗效、治疗后的止血时间、产后2 h 血量及出现不良反应的情况等，并进行对比分析。结果观察组总有效率为95．0％，明显高于对照组的75．0％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝15.68， P ＜0．05）。观察组产后2 h 出血量为（273．7＆#177;10．5）mL，明显低于对照组的（547．1＆#177;16．4）mL，差异有统计学意义（t ＝88．79，P ＜0．05）。观察组止血时间为（14．8＆#177;3．4）min，明显低于对照组的（34．9＆#177;8．4）min，差异有统计学意义（t ＝14．02，P ＜0．05）。观察组不良反应发生率为7．5％，对照组为5．0％，两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（χ2＝0．53，P ＞0．05）。结论对产后出血患者采用卡前列素氨丁三醇进行治疗具有良好的临床疗效，且安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of card other tromethamine for postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group.The control group was given oxytocin treatment.While the observation group was given oxyto-cin and card other tromethamine treatment.The clinical curative effect,bleeding time after treatment,postpartum 2h haemorrhage amount and adverse reaction,etc.were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 75.0% of the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant（χ2 =15.68,P ＆lt;0.05）.The haemorrhage amount of postpartum 2h of the observation group was （273.7 ±177;10.5）mL,which was significantly lower than （547.1 ±177;16.4）mL of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（t =88.79,P〈0.05）.The bleeding time of the observation group was （14.8 ±177;3.4）min,which was significantly shorter than （34.9 ±177;8.4）min of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （t =14.02,P ＆lt;0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 7.5%,that of the control group was 5.0%,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（χ2 =0.53,P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Card other tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage has good clinical curative effect and high safety.
