摘要
以尼日利亚OBJ水泥厂石灰石储料库双筒壳结构为研究对象,运用Fluent流体力学计算软件,基于Reynolds时均Navier-Stokes方程(N-S方程)和标准的湍流模型(κ-ε模型)对双筒壳结构的表面风压进行数值模拟,采用有限体积法对微分方程进行离散,并通过SIMPLE压力校正算法来实现非线性方程的迭代求解。结合数值模拟结果,探讨结构周围流场的绕流特性并给出双筒壳结构表面的风压分布。根据结构形式及风压分布特点,结合欧洲规范给出的结构表面风压的分区形式,将双筒壳结构表面分成了14个区域,侧面分成了6个区域,并给出了各个分区的风压系数以供同类工程设计时参考。
This paper focused on the double cylindrical shell structure of limestone warehouse of Nigeria OBJ Cement Plant as research object,numerical simulation of mean wind pressure distribution on the surface of the double cylindrical shell structure was performed by Fluent fluid dynamics calculation software based on the Reynolds-averaged N- S equations and Reynolds stress equation model (RSM).Finite volumn method was employed to discretize the governing differential equations,and SIMPLE pressure correction iteration algorithm was adopted to iteration solve the nonlinear equations.According to the results of numerical simulation ,the flow field around the structure was discussed and the characteristics of wind pressure distribution was achieved.Finally,based on the structure style and the characteristics of wind pressure distribution ,combined with the form of wind pressure given in European standards,the surfaces and sides of wind pressure distribution of double cylindrical shell structure were divided into fourteen and six sub-regions separately ,the wind pressure coefficients of each region could provide a reference for the similar engineering design.
