摘要
工业厂房中有桥式吊车时,其设计分析及案例在各种手册中已经很多,但对于带悬臂吊车的厂房结构分析及设计在手册中很少提及,因此,当设计此类厂房时,由于没有很清晰的结构概念和力学分析,往往会设计不合理,使得吊车运行受限或直接影响结构安全。从悬臂吊车力学分析入手,对比几种设计方案及经济性,给出了建议设计方案及力学模型。
There are many examples and design analysis about the industrial plant with bridge crane in manuals, however,the content about structural analysis and design of industrial factory with cantilever crane was relatively limited.As a result,there are some problems that existed in design because of vague structural concepts and mechanical analysis,which may affect the operation of the crane even the safety of structure.In this paper,several design schemes and their economic were compared through the mechanical analysis of cantilever crane,a design scheme and a mechanical model were given.
