摘要
某会展展馆屋盖结构为拉索-拱梁结构体系,支座为成品固定球铰支座,拱梁为日字形截面,跨度为63 m,结构形式新颖,拉索-拱梁安装时结构变形控制要求高。结合工程实际情况,拟采用"液压累积滑移"施工技术,同时采用有限元软件进行施工模拟分析,拱梁两端水平位移较小,确保了滑移施工过程拱脚侧向变形可控。
The roof structure of an exhibition hall was cable-arched girder structure system with fixed ball-and-socket supports and a 63 meters span box-section arched girder,which presented a novel structural style.As a result,the strict deformation control for structure during the installation process of cable-arched girder was required.According to the actual situation of the project,hydraulic accumulative sliding technology and finite element software were expected to be adopted to the simulation anlysis of the construction.The result showed that the horizontal displacement of girder ends was relatively small,the lateral deformation of arch foot during sliding construction process was under control.
