超大尺寸钢结构钢板墙二次灌浆施工技术

SECONDARY GROUTING CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR OVERSIZED STEEL PALTE WALLS

针对超大型结构钢结构底板大体量灌浆技术进行研究。首先分析大体量灌浆施工的重难点,并提出大体量灌浆施工的技术要点。在此基础上,结合北京某超大型钢结构底板二次灌浆施工,总结大体量二次灌浆的施工流程。提出的施工流程具有较好的应用效果,可为同类工程的底板灌浆施工过程提供参考。

The study of large-size grouting technology for oversized structural base slabs was introduced in this paper.The key and difficult points of lager-size grouting were analyzed firstly,and then some technical points were proposed.Combined with the construction progress of secondary grouting for a mega structure in Beijing,the construction progress of lager-size secondary grouting works was summarized.The proposed construction process is of good effectiveness and highvalue of application,which can provide a reference for the similar projects.
