摘要
目的:对新疆产白花曼陀罗种子进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶、ODS以及Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术分离纯化化合物,根据理化性质及波谱数据解析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从白花曼陀罗种子中分离并鉴定出10个化合物,分别为:异嗪皮啶(1)、滨蒿内酯(2)、曼陀罗萜二醇(3)、对苯二酚(4)、Arenarine D(5)、香草醛(6)、N-阿魏酰酪胺(7)、东莨菪内酯(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、Hyoscyamilactol(10)。结论:其中,化合物1、2为首次从茄科植物中分离得到,化合物3~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the seeds of Datura metel from Xinjiang Province. Methods:The con- stituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic methods. Their chemical structures were analyzed and identified on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results : Ten compounds were isolated and identified as Isofraxidin ( 1 ), Scopatone ( 2 ), Daturadiol ( 3 ), 1,4-Benzenediol (4), Arenarine D ( 5 ), Vanillin ( 6 ), N-trans-Feruloyl- tyramine (7), Scopoletin ( 8 ),/3-Sitosterol ( 9 ) and Hyoscyamilactol ( 10 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1 and 2 are firstly isolated from the plants in Solanaceae, compounds 3 -8 are firstly isolated from this plant.
