2009—2014年郑州市法定报告甲乙类肠道传染病流行特征

Epidemiological characteristics of category A and B notifiable intestinal infectious diseases in Zhengzhou City from 2009 to 2014

目的研究郑州市法定报告甲乙类肠道传染病的流行特征,为制定防控对策提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对郑州市2009—2014年甲乙类肠道传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2009—2014年郑州市累计报告甲乙类肠道传病发病11 788例,年均发病率为25.35/10万,死亡6人,病死率为0.05%;5-10月份为高发季节,城区发病率高于农村,男性发病率高于女性;发病年龄以少年儿童和青壮年为主,职业以散居儿童(32.59%)和农民(16.43%)为主。结论郑州市法定报告甲乙类肠道传染病发病率逐年下降,但仍然是郑州市传染病防控工作的重点之一。应加强肠道传染病监测,采取综合性防控措施,降低发病率。

[Objective]To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable intestinal infectious diseases in Zhengzhou City,provide scientific basis for formulating control strategies. [Methods]The epidemic data of category A and B intestinal infectious diseases in Zhengzhou City from 2009 to 2014 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method.[Results]A total of 11 788 cases of category A and B intestinal infectious diseases were reported in Zhengzhou City from 2009 to 2014, with the average annual incidence rate of 25.35/lakh, and there were 6 death cases, with the fatality rate of 0.05%. The peak season appeared May to October. The incidence rate in urban area was higher than that in rural area, and the incidence rate of males was higher than that of females. Most of cases were children and young adults. The occupational distribution showed that scattered children and farmers accounted for 32.59% and 16.43% respectively. [Conclusion]The incidence rates of category A and B notifiable intestinal infectious diseases have declined gradually in Zhengzhou City, but it is still one of the most important points of infectious disease control and prevention. It is essential to strengthen the supervision of intestinal infectious disease, and take the comprehensive prevention and control measures, to reduce the incidence rate.
