摘要
目的评价南通市小学生健康素养的干预效果,为开展学校健康促进工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取样本,对其进行为期1年的健康教育干预,干预前后分别进行健康素养问卷调查。结果南通市小学生干预后的健康素养总体水平为58.7%,高于基线的36.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后的基本知识理念素养水平和健康生活方式行为素养水平分别为48.3%和71.4%,均高于基线的28.7%和51.6%(P均<0.05)。不同性别、不同年级的小学生健康素养总体水平、健康知识理念素养水平和健康生活方式行为素养水平均有不同程度的提高。结论开展学校健康教育和健康促进工作能提高学生的健康素养水平。应将学生健康素养的培养纳入到学校健康教育工作中,提高其知识水平,形成良好的行为习惯。
[Objective]To evaluate the intervention effect of health literacy among pupils in Nantong City, provide the evidence for health promotion in schools. [Methods]The respondents were collected by using the multistage stratified random sampling, and were given the health education intervention for 1 year. The questionnaire survey of health literacy was performed before and after intervention respectively. [Results]The overall level of health literacy after intervention was 58.7%, which was higher than the baseline level( 36.2%), and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). The level of basic knowledge and healthy lifestyle after intervention was 48.3% and 71.4% respectively, which was respectively higher than the baseline level( 28.7% and 51.6%),and the differences were statistically significant( both P 0.05). The overall level of health literacy, basic knowledge level and healthy lifestyle level improved in pupils of different gender and different grade. [Conclusion]The health education and health promotion in schools can improve the health literacy level of pupils. It is necessary to carry out the education of health literacy in school health education system, to improve the knowledge level of students, and promote students to form good habits.
