PTEN调控心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的研究进展

摘要 第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源的基因(PTEN)是一种新发现的抑癌基因,具有双特异磷酸化酶活性,在细胞的生长发育、凋亡、迁移、信号传递等方面发挥着重要的作用。既往对PTEN的研究大多侧重在肿瘤发生、发展的方面。近年来,在心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的研究中,发现PTEN基因及蛋白的表达量发生变化,这提示PTEN在心肌缺血再灌注损伤的发生、发展中发挥着重要的调控作用。 Phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted chromosome 10 (PTEN) is a newly discovered tumor suppressor gene, which has the function of double specific phosphorylase activity. It plays an important way in cell growth, apoptosis, migration, signal transmission, etc. In the past years, the studies of PTEN mostly focused on the development of tumor. And in recent years, a variety of studies of myocardial isehemia reperfu- sion injury found that the expression of PTEN gene and protein have changed, suggesting that PTEN also olavs an important role in myocardial ischemia reperfusion iniury.
