低氧在动脉粥样硬化发生中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(As)作为一种慢性炎性疾病,是许多心血管疾病的病理基础,同时也是疾病致死、致残的主要原因。低氧是造成AS的一个关键因素。我国高原低氧地域辽阔,潜在的成为As发病率高的国家,因此研究低氧在动脉粥样硬化发生中作用具有重要意义。该文详述在低氧条件下,巨噬细胞、血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞以及低氧诱导因子1α等在As发生中的作用,以期为阐明As的发病机制提供基础。 Atherosclerosis (As) , as a chronic inflammatory disease, is the most important pathological basis for many cardiovascular diseases, which is also the main cause of death and disability in patients. Hypoxia is a key factor in causing As. China is a potential country of high incidence of As because of its high altitude hypoxie territory, so it is of great significance to study the effect of As under hypoxie condition. Here reviews the role of macrophages,vascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells and hypoxia inducible factor-1α in the pathogenesis of As under hypoxic condition,in order to clarify the pathogenesis of As.
