后循环梗死的临床治疗研究进展

Research Progress of Clinical Treatment for Posterior Circulation Cerebral Infarction

脑梗死严重威胁人类健康,其中后循环梗死预后差,病死率高,为提高本病存活率,需进行早期积极有效的治疗。近年来有关后循环的临床治疗与研究虽然取得了一定进展,但仍存在一些问题,针对后循环梗死的中医治疗方法极少,无论是中药还是针灸都缺少相关研究报道。在未来的实践中,有必要对后循环梗死的中医治疗方法进行更为深入的研究。

Cerebral infarction is a serious threat to human health, among which the posterior circulation infarction is featured with poor prognosis and high fatality. In order to improve the survival rate of the dis- ease, early positive and effective treatment is needed. In recent years, though clinical treatment and research of posterior circulation have made some progress, there are still some problems. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatment specific for posterior circulation infarction is rare, and there is lack of related research report both in TCM drugs and acupuncture. It is necessary to conduct deeper studies of TCM treatment for posterior circulation infarction in the future practice.
