The Application of Endoscopy in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Salivary Gland Disease

慢性阻塞性涎腺炎是口腔外科的常见疾病,随着涎腺内镜的发展,对于涎腺疾病的病因人们有了更深入的了解与认识。同时,涎腺内镜治疗技术的应用为涎腺疾病的治疗提供了更有效的方法。在涎腺内镜的帮助下,进一步直观了解到涎腺疾病导管内的病变原因,更重要的是通过内镜可以直接治疗涎石症、涎腺导管狭窄及异物等传统治疗效果不佳的涎腺疾病,并取得较好的疗效。该文主要通过回顾近年来涎腺内镜技术的应用,探讨涎腺疾病的治疗进展。

Chronic obstructive salivary gland disease is a common disease in clinical. With the develop- ment of sialoendoscopy, people have deeper understanding and recognition of the etiology of salivary disease. At the same time, the application of sialoendoseopy provides more effective method to treat the disease. With the help of sialoendoseopy, we can directly observe the reason of chronic obstructive of salivary gland disease, and more importantly, salivary calculi and stenosis and foreign bodies in duct can be removed directly under endoscopy with better curative effect than traditional treatment. Here is to make a review of the relevant litera- ture about sialoendoscopy in recent years to investigate the development of treatment for salivary gland dis- ease
