Notch信号通路与多发性骨髓瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 Notch信号通路广泛存在于各种脊椎动物和无脊椎动物的器官组织和细胞中,进化高度保守,在包括干细胞在内的各种细胞分化、增殖和凋亡活动中起着调节作用。Notch受体高表达于造血干细胞中,同时在造血微环境的骨髓基质中含有大量Notch配体,二者的正常表达和相互作用维持人体正常的造血功能。
