摘要
以越夏栽培番茄为试材,研究了不同秸秆生物发酵菌种对日光温室土壤温度、CO2浓度及越夏番茄生长发育的影响。结果表明:应用不同秸秆生物发酵菌种处理的内置式秸秆生物反应堆,均可显著提高土壤温度和CO2浓度;对株高有极显著的促进作用,可显著提高番茄产量(3.6%~17.5%)。综合比较3种秸秆生物发酵菌种,正农菌种表现优于广宇菌种和圃园菌曲。
A experiment was conducted to study the effect of different straw bio-fermentation strains on soil temperature,CO2 concentration of solar greenhouse and the growth and development of over-summer tomato cultivationt(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.).The results showed that the built-in straw biological reactor technology treated by different straw bio-fermentation strains,could significantly improve soil temperature,CO2 concentration,plant height and yield(3.6%-17.5%).On the basis of comprehensive compare of three kinds of straw bio-fermentation strains,the effect of‘ZhengNong'was the best than‘Guang-Yu'and‘Pu-Yuan'.
