摘要
以1株野生灰树花菌株为试材,采用正交实验设计法,研究了不同液体培养基对其菌丝体生物量的影响。结果表明:其最适配方为蔗糖25g/L、玉米粉25g/L(浸提液)、麦麸20g/L(浸提液)、酵母粉2g/L、MgSO4·7H2O 2.5g/L、KH2PO45g/L、维生素B10.030g/L、pH自然,24℃培养静置培养10d,其菌丝生物量为10.41g/L。
Taking a wild Grifola frondosastrain as material,the effect of different liquid medium on mycelial biomass was studied by using orthogonal design method in this paper.The results showed that the optimum liquid medium composition were sucrose 25g/L,wheat bran 20g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 2.5g/L,corn flour 4g/L,yeast powder 2g/L,KH2PO45g/L and vitamin B10.030g/L,natural pH,through culturing for 10 dat 24℃,the biomass of Grifola frondosa reached10.41g/L.
