摘要 以制革脱脂剂和洗衣液为试验样品,对比了液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)和基于裂解技术的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)方法,在检测该类液体样品中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)含量的效果。结果表明:2种方法的回收率及精密度结果一致,方法检测限均易达到10mg/kg。LC-MS分析快速,但易受杂质干扰,导致假阳性结果,而且工作曲线线性范围较窄。GC-MS方法分析过程操作较繁琐,但抗杂质干扰能力强于LC-MS,结果可靠性高。同时GC-MS方法因仪器普及率高,易于推广,更适合于该类产品中APEO含量的检测。 The effects of the two procedures are compared for determining alkylpnenol ethxylates (APEO) in leather degrea- sing agents and household liquid detergents by liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry (LC - MS) and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS) combined with cleavage technique. The results show that the two procedures are consistent for the recovery and precision. The detection limits of the two methods can reach 10mg/kg. LC - MS procedure is rapid and time - saving, while it is liable to be disturbed by matrix which leads to false positive results, and the concentration range is narrow for its linear standard working curve. The GC - MS method is a little complicated, but the procedure can effectively reduce the matrix effects, and gives accurate results. GC - MS is founded to be more favorable than LC - MS for APEO analysis in these liquid de- tergents in laboratory due to its popularity.
