基于5R的皮革厂循环经济评价指标体系构建

Evaluation index establishment of circular economy based on the 5R principles for tannery

以减量化、再循环、再使用、再修复和再思考的"5R"准则,依据皮革工业自身特点和国家相关政策,利用层次分析法对皮革厂循环经济评价指标体系进行了分析和核算,通过专家打分构造两两比较判断矩阵,并通过一致性检验得到每个指标的权重。结果表明:实现皮革厂"5R"循环经济的重要性排序依次为减量化、再循环、再修复、再使用、再思考,其中减量化是首要指标,应运用循环经济的理念和清洁生产技术,从根本上减少资源消耗实行循环利用,进而推动皮革厂实现循环经济和可持续发展。

Based on “SR” principles of Reducing, Recycling, Reusing, Repairing and Rethinking,it analyzes and calculates evaluation index system of circular economy for leather industry according to leather industry＇s own characteristics and related na- tional policy and the analytic H ierarchy process （AHP）. The comparison and judgment matrix was established based on experts＇ evaluation,the weight of each index was acquired through the consistency test. It shows hat in order to realize ＂SR＂ principles of circular economy for leather industry, the importance should come as follows ： Reducing, Recycling, Repairing, Reusing, Rethin- king. Among them Reducing is the primary index. In order to promote the realization of circular economy and sustainable develop- ment for leather industry,we should reduce resource consumption and achieve implementation of recycling fundamentally by using the concept of circular economy and cleaner production technologies.
