摘要
探讨了PET-PA6橘瓣型双组分纺粘超纤革非织造基材的针刺成型工艺,对材料的结构和物理性能的影响,研究发现:针刺超纤双组分革非织造基材纤维较细,且具有和真皮相似的三维立体交织结构;基材的厚度、断裂强力和撕裂强力均随着针刺深度和针刺密度的增加而减小。研究有助于拓展双组分纺粘产品的应用领域,为后续的橘瓣双组分纺粘水刺超纤材料针刺工艺研究提供参考。
The influence of two main needle - punched processes on the structures and physical properties of PET - PA6 seg- mented pie bio -component spunbonded microfiber synthesis leather was discussed. The results show that fibers of substrate are superfine and have a three - dimensional structure of interwoven, which is similar to genuine leather structure. The thickness of the base material, break strength and tear strength decrease with the increase of needling depth and density. This study will help to expand the application fields of the PET - PA6 segmented pie bio - component spunbonded materials and laying the groundwork for subsequent research.
