摘要
针对游艇在概念设计阶段只是对外观、结构、空间、布置做初步设计,而结构强度是否能够满足规范要求的不确定性问题,采取规范中规定的总强度载荷弯矩计算方法,分别计算了静水总纵弯矩、垂向波浪弯矩、垂向波浪冲击弯矩,从而得到加载的总纵弯矩。对两艘分别名为Kalos和Scrub铝合金概念游艇进行结构建模以及有限元分析,对中拱和中垂两种工况下,艇体总纵强度和变形情况进行校核,根据应力结果和变形特点对结果进行优化处理。
Aluminum alloy yacht is preliminary designed of the appearance, structure, space and arrangement, while the structural strength is not sure if it is meeting the specification requirement. The paper takes calculation method from specification requirement about the moment load and analyses the bending moment under still water condition, bending moment under wave condition and shocking moment of wave. A method of comparative analysis is used to analyze two aluminum alloy yacht named Kalos and Scrub by the structure modeling and finite element calculation. Under hogging and sagging conditions, the longitudinal strength and deformation of hull are checked. According to the result of stress and deformation, it is put forward to the necessity of aluminum alloy structure optimization.
