摘要
轴带发电机的性能和可靠性直接影响船舶电力系统的稳定运行。从对流换热和传热数学模型入手,对一台轴带发电机的发热问题展开深入研究。构建电机三维流热耦合场数值计算模型,计算了电机本体流热耦合场,通过样机试验验证了模型和计算方法的正确性。研究电机内部结构对温度分布的影响,为轴带发电机的散热结构优化设计提供了技术支持。
The capability and reliability of the shaft generator influence the stability of marine electric system directly. In order to research the heat problem of a shaft generator, the convection and induction method is used to calculate the coupled flow and the temperature field of a three dimensional numerical model. The calculation results are verified by the prototype heat experiment. The heat structure is analyzed to reduce the temperature, which is helpful for the optimization heat design of shaft generator.
