摘要
在贵州省息烽永靖工业园区道路边坡开挖施工中,为了减少施工防护工序,提高施工效率,降低成本,决定采用预裂控制爆破技术。由于爆破施工区周围分布有民房、高压线、输油管线、国道、园区指挥部等,给爆破施工设计带来了一定困难。通过详细分析施工区周围建筑物及各种设施的分布情况、地质情况以及爆破振动可能产生的影响,拟定了爆破施工及防护方案并优化设计了各种爆破施工参数。施工安案应用于实际施工中取得了良好的效果,道路边坡成型良好,周围房屋和各种设施未受到明显影响,说明爆破施工方案合理。
In the excavation of the road and slope of Xifeng Yongjing Industry Park, in order to reduce construction protection procedure and cost and improve the construction efficiency, the pre - split controlling technology was adopted. The blast design was difficult because the civil resident house, high - voltage line, oil pipe, national road, the industry park headquarter etc. are distributed in the surrounding area. Through detail analysis of the distribution of various surrounding structures and facilities dis- tribution and geology in construction area and the possible impact of blasting, the blast and construction parameters as well as the construction protection plan were designed, optimized and applied in practical construction. The check results after construction show that the road slope is well shaped, the structure and facilities in the surrounding area are not affected significantly, which proves that the blast construction scheme is reasonable. A detailed introduction to the design process of the blast construction scheme is given to offer reference to similar projects.
