Exploring on the Public Security System Under the Urbanrural Integration

当前,村镇公共安全问题已成为社会公共安全问题的一个重要方面。该文通过探讨城乡统筹背景下的村镇公共安全体系的现状问题,对村镇公共安全体系的发展进行了思考与讨论,并整理了城乡统筹的一般模式,提出了村镇公共安全体系建立的四种模式及应用范围,为解决三农问题、促进城乡一体化及建立村中镇公共安全体系提出新的思路,并且能够对新形势下村镇的建设及城市化的发展起到一些积极的引导作用。

Currently, the village public safety has become an important aspect of public safety issues. Through discussing current problems of the public security system under the urban-rural integration, we analyze the development of rural public safety systems, and discuss the general pattern of urban and rural areas, sum up the general pattern of rural public safety system in four patterns and its application scope, so as to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, to promote the urban-rural integration and to build up the public security system, and be able to build the new situation and the development of rural urbanization.
