摘要
由于城市中建筑密度越来越大,进行日照设计时合理、科学的划定日照主、客体分析范围是保证城市规划实施及居民日照权的重要依据。该文提出并探讨了最大范围限值法、建筑三向限值法、南边界矩形法三种主体范围确定方法及建筑阴影外包法、建筑外包系数法、建筑三向限值法、建筑阴影截取法四种客体范围确定方法,并结合济南地区的案例进行软件模拟分析,得出不同主客体确定方法的使用条件及范围。
Due to the acceleration of urbanization, cities building density increases, carrying out sunshine analysis rational, scientific designated sunshine subject and object analysis range is one of the key factors to ensure the right of residents of sunshine. We present and discuss kinds of methods: the Maximum Range Limits Law, Building Three to Limit Law, South Bounding Rectangle Law to determine the scope, and discuss four object scoping methods such as Building Shadow Outsourcing Law, Construction Law, Outsourcing Coefficient, Building Three to Limit Low, Building Shadow Intercept, combining with the case in Ji'nan for software simulation analysis, we draw out the main object of different conditions and the scope of the method.
