摘要 该文以鄂西南土家吊脚楼建筑的抗震性能调研为背景,总结了实际建筑中存在的若干抗震不利因素,采用有限元软件SAP2000进行了结构抗震模拟计算。从柱底滑移摩擦减震效果、木结构连接节点刚度、新建筑材料的应用等方面进行了结构时程分析和静力弹塑性分析,结果表明,土家吊脚楼具有良好的抗震性能,规范的构造措施是保证其满足抗震性能目标的前提条件。针对部分建筑中存在的抗震不利因素,提出了加强关键部位刚度、提高建筑延性的加固措施,进而达到减少地震损失的目的。 In this paper, the survey on seismic performance of the suspended wooden buildings of Tujia national minority in Southeast Hubei is chosen as the study background, some seismic negative factors existing in buildings are summarized and the SAP2000 finite element software is adopted to analyze and simulate the seismic resistance of the structures. The damping effect of sliding-isolated measure at the bottom of columns, the connect joint stiffness of wooden structure, the application of new building materials and other related aspects are analyzed with the time-history analysis method and the static pushover analysis method. The results show that the suspended wooden buildings are of good seismic performance, and the properly structural measures are taken as a precondition to meet the requirements of seismic performance objectives. In order to reduce the earthquake loss, the enforcement measures that strengthening the stiffness of key positions to improve the building ductility are put forward according to the seismic negative factors existing in some buildings.
