Planning and Design for Communicational Disaster Prevention Green Space in Hualou Block

目前关于防灾避险绿地的相关研究集中于应对自然灾害而进行的区域尺度规划设计,对于如何应对社区尺度易发的火灾等灾害相关研究较少。交流型防灾避险绿地作为生活社区中存在的一种绿地形式,具有紧急避险、信息收集、安抚灾民情绪、疏散转移、临时安置等方面的作用,同时能够很好地满足社区居民日常生活交流需求。该文选择湖北省武汉市花楼街典型里巷街区作为研究对象,对其生活社区进行交流型防灾避险绿地规划设计。采取空间景观单元手法,对花楼街社区内200m^2以上的空地和单位空地进行调研统计,按照面积、位置等不同进行划分,对生活社区交流型防灾避险绿地进行规划设计,进一步完善生活社区防灾避险绿地体系。

Current research on disaster prevention green space has been focused on the regional scale especially on natural disaster, but less in how to prevent other forms of frequent disasters in community scale such as fire. As one of the green space forms existence in community, communicational disaster prevention space holds the following functions, emergency actions, information collection, comfort emotion, evacuation and transfer, and temporary placement. It could also meet the demand of community residents＇ daily life communication. Taking the Hualou street in central area of Wuhan as test objects which was typical traditional Lixiang blocks, and using space landscape element measurement method, we studied the communicational disaster prevention green space, statisticed more than 200m2 vacant areas in the community, classified them according to the area, location, and so on to plan and design the communicational disaster prevention green space in community, in further to improve the communicafional disaster prevention green space system.
