摘要
目的探讨64层螺旋CT对结节性甲状腺肿的诊断价值。方法回顾分析总结48例经术后病理证实的结节性甲状腺肿的CT检查影像学资料。结果结节性甲状腺肿CT诊断正确者占91.67%。48例结节性甲状腺肿病灶CT表现为低密度的圆形或类圆形结节影,增强后呈不均匀强化;46例病灶边缘清晰,26例病灶内有坏死区,20例病灶内有小点状或沙粒样钙化。结论 64层螺旋CT检查对结节性甲状腺肿具有较高的诊断准确性,在鉴别甲状腺良恶性病变中起重要作用。
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT for nodular goiter. Methods Imaging data of48 cases of nodular goiter confirmed by postoperative pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results The accurate diagnostic rate of CT for nodular goiter was 91.67%.The focus of the disease appeared as round or analogous round nodular shadows,which showed uneven enrichment after enhancement,a clear border was seen in 46 cases,zone of necrosis within the lesions was seen in26 cases,and intra-focal small punctiform or granular calcifications was seen in 20 cases. Conclusion Employing 64-slice spiral CT scan for nodular goiter has a higher accuracy,this technique plays an important role in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid lesion.
