口腔溃疡专效牙膏的研制

Study on the effective toothpaste of adjunctive treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer

采用薁磺酸钠、尿囊素、凝血酸作为活性成分制备口腔溃疡专效牙膏。介绍了产品的试验配方与制作工艺,评价了产品的安全性,通过杀菌试验和临床试验研究了产品的功效。试验结果表明,该牙膏安全无毒,对变异链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭率达到或超过99.98%,对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的杀灭率大于等于98.14%,并具有促进复发性口腔溃疡愈合、抑制牙菌斑、减轻牙龈炎的显著效果。

Sodium azulene sulfonate, allantoin and tranexamic acid were used as active ingredients to prepare the effective toothpaste of adjunctive treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer. The formulation and process of toothpaste were introduced. The safety of the product was evaluated.The function of the product was studied by bacteriostasis rate test and clinic test. The experimental results showed that the toothpaste was safe and non- toxic. The killing rates for Streptococcus mutants, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Escherichia coli were more than 99.98%and for Porphyromonas gingivalis was more than 98.14%. There were significant effects on inhibiting dental plaque, reducing gingivitis and promoting RAU healing.
