摘要
目的了解新疆昌吉市社区卫生服务开展"家庭医生签约制服务"以来工作人员满意度现状,分析影响满意度的因素,以期对家庭医生签约制服务模式的进一步优化提供参考。方法采用调查问卷进行现场调查,总调查人数312人,其中有效调查人数为303人,有效率为97.12%。调查量表由领导与管理、培训与晋升、福利与报酬、人际关系、工作条件、工作本身6大因素42个项目组成。统计方法:使用SPSS16.0软件进行分析,采用Conbach’sα系数和分半信度进行信度指标来检验指标体系的信度,采用因子分析和相关分析的方法对指标体系进行效度分析;计量数据以均数±标准差(-x±s)的形式表示,进行统计描述,两组比较采用t检验;多组比较采用方差分析,检验水准定α=0.05。结果工作人员总体满意度的平均分值为3.68分。医务人员的人际关系、领导与管理、工作条件、工作本身、报酬与福利、培训与晋升各因素得分分别为3.94、3.80、3.76、3.73、3.39、3.43分,其中报酬与福利、培训与晋升得分最低。结论工作人员总体满意度处于比较满意水平,应在报酬与福利、培训与晋升两方面多加关注,研究探索提高工作人员满意度的对策。
Objective To understand employee′s satisfaction toward community Family Doctor Service in Changji city,and to determine the main factors of the satisfaction of community health services,aiming at laying foundations for future modification and improvement.Methods 312 people were investigated onsite,of which 303 were effective(effective rate was 97%).The questionnaire was composed of 6factors and 42 small items including leadership and management,training and promotion,pay and welfare job,interpersonal relationship,working condition and work itself.Results The total average job satisfaction score of personnel was 3.68.The scores of interpersonal relationship,leadership and management,working conditions,work itself,pay and benefits,and training and promotion were 3.80,3.76,3.73,3.39,3.43,3.94 respectively,in which the remuneration and benefits,training and promotion were the lowest in the 6factors.Conclusion The total job satisfaction of the status of Community Health Service Agencies in Changji city was higher relatively.The related institution should make targeted personnel policies,strengthen the staff training and improve salary.
