两性霉素B联合曲酸作用于马尔尼菲青霉的体外药敏实验 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究曲酸和两性霉素B在体外联合抵抗马尔尼菲青霉中的相互作用。方法参照美国国家临床实验标准化委员会(NCCLS)提出的标准(M27-A2方案),采用棋盘微量稀释法对马尔尼菲青霉10株临床分离株和8株野生竹鼠分离株的酵母相进行曲酸和两性霉素B的体外联合药敏试验。结果曲酸和两性霉素B联合应用,两种药物对抗17株马尔尼菲青霉的联合药敏0.50<FICI≤4.00,1株的联合药敏FICI≤0.50。单用时AMB抵抗马尔尼菲青霉的MIC几何均值为1.75μg/m L,两性霉素B联合曲酸后抵抗马尔尼菲青霉的MIC几何均值为0.82μg/m L,与单用比较有显著降低(P<0.01)。结论曲酸可以作为增敏剂提高两性霉素B对马尔尼菲青霉菌酵母相的敏感性。 Objective In order to investigate the antifungal interaction between amphotericin B and kojic acid against Penicilliun marneffei in vitro. Methods According to M27-A2 method of NCCLS, combination antimicrobial susceptibility tests for kojic acid with amphotericin B against yeast phase of P. marneffei, 10 clinical isolates and 8 bamboo rat isolates, were assayed by the checkerboard microdilution method. Results Combination antimicrobial susceptibility tests for amphotericin B with kojic acid, the fractional inhibitory concentration index (FICI) of the two agents against 17 isolates of P. marneffei varied from 0. 50 to 4. 00, while the FICI was less than 0. 50 in one isolate. The geometric mean of MIC value was 1.75 μg/mL when AMB against P. marneffei isolates in alone. However, the geometric mean of MIC value was 0. 82 μg/mL when AMB combined kojic acid against P. marneffei isolates, significantly reduced in comparison with AMB alone (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Kojic acid, as a chemosensitizer, can enhance antifungal drug susceptibility of amphotericin B against yeast phase of P. marneffei.
