皮脂腺痣伴发少见肿瘤2例

Nevus Sebaceous Combined with Rare Tumors: Two Cases Report

例1女,26岁。左侧头皮黄色斑块26年,局部蓝色丘疹5年就诊。组织病理示:表皮呈乳头瘤样增生,真皮内皮脂腺增生,且局部见基底样细胞组成的团块样结构,其间黑素颗粒沉积。免疫组化示:肿瘤细胞Bcl-2(-),CD34(-),CK7(-),Ki-67(+);诊断:皮脂腺痣伴色素性毛母细胞瘤。例2女,45岁。右侧头皮、前额黄色斑块40余年,局部灰褐色肿物伴渗液、糜烂7年。病理诊断为皮脂腺痣并乳头状汗管囊腺瘤、色素性毛母细胞瘤及局部结缔组织增生样改变。

Two cases of nevus sebaceous with rare neoplasmas were described, ase a 26-year-old women presenting with yellow alopecic plaque on her left scalp at birth. Histopathology examination showed a papillomatosis of epidermis and hyperplasia of sebaceous glands. Lobules of basaloid cell aggregates with peripheral palisading and melanin deposits were noted within the tumor nests. Immunohistochemisty resuhs revealed tumor cells were negative for Bcl-2, CD34, CK7 and positive for Ki-67. Nevus sebaceous with pigmented trichoblastoma was diagnosed, asea 45-year-old female presented with a 40-year-old history of plaque on her right scalp and forehead, gray-yellow protruding lesion with erosion for 7 years. Microscopal examination confirmed nevus se- baceous with syringocystadenoma papilliferum and pigmented trichoblastom with local desmoplastic hyperplasis features.
