泛发型环状肉芽肿合并糖尿病1例

A Case of Generalized Granuloma Annulare with Diabetes

患者女,67岁。四肢、颈部丘疹1年,伴血糖升高。皮疹呈环状扩大,中央消退,周边隆起。皮损组织病理示:真皮内可见胶原纤维、弹力纤维变性,黏蛋白沉积,组织细胞及多核巨细胞呈栅栏状排列。诊断:泛发型环状肉芽肿合并糖尿病。

A 67-year-old female patient with hyperglycemia had been presented as limbs and neck papules for 1 year, The papules were characterized with enlarged annular rash, central clearing and peripheral uplift. Its manifestation of histopathology in the dermis was as follows ： degeneration of collagen fibers and elastic fibers, mucin deposition, and histiocytes and multinucleated giant cells showing as palisade arrangement. The diagnosis of generalized granuloma annulare with diabetes.
