合肥市某三甲医院2010-2014年传染性软疣门诊患者的流行特征分析

Analysis on the Epidemic Features of Outpatients with Molluscum Contagiosum in a Tertiary Hospital of Hefei City,2010-2014

目的了解合肥市某三甲医院传染性软疣门诊患者的发病时间、发病年龄及性别的分布特征，为预防该病提供科学依据。方法对2010年1月-2014年12月在合肥市某三甲医院门诊确诊为传染性软疣的1440例患者的就诊资料进行统计分析，分析该病的发病时间、发病年龄及性别的分布特征。结果每年传染性软疣患者发病人数自3月份开始逐渐增多，到5月份达到发病高峰，一直持续到7月份发病均较多，8月份开始呈现明显下降趋势，9～11月连续下降，12月以后至次年的2月该病的发病人数均较低，平均每月15例以下；患者的发病年龄为O～80岁之间，中位年龄为9（3，25）岁，其中男735例，中位年龄为6（3，24）岁，女705例，中位年龄为19（3，25）岁，男女之比为1．04：1，男女发病年龄分布差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论传染性软疣好发于3～8月份，尤其在5～7月份期间为该病的发病高峰；1～13岁和18～33岁的人群好发，1—13岁年龄段男性患者相对较多，18—33岁年龄段女性患者相对较多。在传染性软疣高发季节，应加强对高发人群的防治。

Objective To evaluate the distributions of the of disease, ages and gender of the outpatients with molluscum contagiosun in a tertiary hospital of Hefei City, so as to provide scientific basis for control and prevention of the disease. Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was used for the data analysis, 1440 outpatients diagnosed from January 2010 to December 2014 in the hospital clinic were recruited, the time of disease onset and age distributions of the disease were analyzed. Results The number of patients with molluscum contagiosun was increasing since March in each year, reached peaks in May, continued the peak distribution through the whole July, and showed downward trend in August. From November to February of the following year, the incident number of the disease maintained at a lower level. The age of onset ranged from a few months to 80 years, with a median age of 9（3, 25）. There were 735 male patients and 705 female patients with a male to female ratio of 1.04 ： 1, the median age of male patients and female patients had significant difference （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The peak incidence of molluscum contagiosun appeared from the March to August, especially during the period of May to July. Molluscum contagiosun occurs in the age of 1 to 13 and 18 to 33, and the male patients are more than the female in the age of 1 to 13 and less in the age of 18 to 33. In high incidence season, it is crucial to strengthen the propaganda and effective prevention for the risk population.
