过伸复位联PKP治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Fractures with the Extension of PKP

目的探讨过伸复位联PKP治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月收治的骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者60例,对所有患者都是实施过伸复位联PKP治疗,观察患者的治疗效果。结果经手术治疗后,患者在手术治疗后24 h、手术治疗后一个月以及手术治疗后十二个月的VAS评分情况明显好于手术治疗前,患者在手术治疗后的椎体高度平均压缩率明显好于手术治疗前（P〈0.05）,有统计学意义。所有患者的手术治疗成功率为100%,骨水泥渗漏率为10%。结论对骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者实施过伸复位联PKP治疗,能够有效改善患者的VAS评分情况以及患者的椎体高度平均压缩率,提高治疗有效率,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperextension reduction combined PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures. Methods Select 2013 March to 2014 years 3 months in our hospital from osteoporotic vertebral fractures in 60 patients with,for all patients are implementation of reduction of hyperextension combined PKP and observe the effect of treatment of patients with. Results After surgical treatment,patients after surgical treatment in24 hours,after surgical treatment for a month and after surgical treatment of the VAS scores of the twelve months significantly better in surgical treatment,patients in the surgical treatment of vertebral height average compression ratio significantly better in surgical treatment（ P〈0. 05）,there is statistical significance. The success rate of the operation was100% for all patients,bone cement leakagerate was 10%. Conclusions The osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures implemented extension reduction combined with PKP in the treatment,can effectively improve the patient＇ s VAS scores and patients with vertebral height average compression rate,improve the efficiency of treatment,the effect is significant,worthy of clinical promotion.
