瓦楞/蜂窝复合纸板综合强度性能

Study on the Comprehensive Strength Properties of Corrugated/Honeycomb Cardboard

通过对蜂窝纸板,4种瓦楞/蜂窝复合纸板(A/蜂窝、C/蜂窝、B/蜂窝和E/蜂窝复合纸板),分别进行平压强度、戳穿强度、弯曲强度和侧压强度理论分析和试验研究,分析蜂窝纸板与4种复合纸板各项强度性能特点,以及不同复合形式较蜂窝纸板强度性能的改善效果。另在4项强度性能分析的基础上,以蜂窝纸板和4种复合形式的瓦楞/蜂窝纸板的各项性能的排序号相加作为估计其综合性能的参考指标,进行纸板综合强度性能评价,得出各种复合形式瓦楞/蜂窝纸板的强度性能特点,为瓦楞/蜂窝复合纸板的应用提供一定依据和指导。

The strength characteristics of these composite board,and different improvement effects of board strength performance compared with honeycomb board have been analyzed in theory and tests including the flat compression strength,puncture strength,bending strength and edgewise compressive strength test of honeycomb paperboard and four honeycomb/corrugated composite board( honeycomb/corrugated A,C,B and E/composite board). Finally,based on the analysis of these paperboard strength,ranking the performance of cardboard to evaluate the comprehensive strength performance of paperboard and obtaining the characteristics of strength properties of various composite form of corrugated/honeycomb paperboard,will certainly provide basis and guidance for the application of different honeycomb/corrugated composite cardboards.
