5-氯-6-甲基吡嗪-2-羧酸甲酯的合成

摘要 以二氨基马来腈和丙酮酸为起始原料,经过环合、酸水解、酯化和氯化反应,以54.9%的总收率得到5-氯-6-甲基吡嗪-2-羧酸甲酯,路线原料易得,操作简单,并通过优化减少了三废的排放。 Methyl 5-choloro-6-methyl-2-pyrazinecarboxylic acid is prepared from diaminomaleonitrile and pyruvic acid by cyclization, hydrolysis, esterification and chlorination reaction in total yield of 54.9%.
