摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对大芯径能量光纤表面与断面形貌进行表征得到不同生产工艺参数制备光纤的差异性,表明改进后生产工艺参数可明显提高包层与纤芯的界面结合力。同时,采用X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)对光纤断面成分分析得到不同生产工艺参数各化学元素所处的化学环境,探究不同生产工艺参数对各化学元素所处的化学环境变化的影响。
The surface and cross-section of large-core energy fiber prepared by different process parameters were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that the modified production process parameters can significantly improve the cladding and core interracial adhesion. Additionally, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to analyze the element chemical environment of the cross-section components to explore the influence of different process parameters on the chemical environment changes of the chemical elements.
