摘要
阐述了专业图书馆组建学科化服务团队的必要性,进一步对学科化服务团队的定位、组织模式、规模大小、成员选拔、成员职责、用户分类、服务内容等进行了论述,最后给出了完善团队建设的一些建议。
This paper describes the necessity of formation of subject-oriented service team in special library, and further dis- cussed the position, organization pattern, size, member selection, member functions, user classification, service con- tent in special library. At last, some suggestions are given to improve team building.
