现代人才测评对人和组织机构起到了决定性的作用。通过新卡特16PF人才测评在图书馆的应用研究,加深了对馆员的了解,合理设岗、建立人才测评制度,努力营造高层次人才成长的良好环境,发挥人才专长及个人优势,有效推动图书馆工作的发展。
Modem talent assessment has played a decisive role for people and organizations. Through the research on the ap- plication of new Carter 16PF talent assessment in library, it helped deepen the understanding of librarians and build talent assessment system, and created a good environment for high-level talents to play their expertise and personal advantage, so as to effectively promote the process and development of library work.
