摘要
为解决蓝光激光头精细位置调节问题,首先采用机器视觉技术,对蓝光光斑进行位置捕捉,分析光斑位置与水平面的差距,通过精细的2轴运动控制实现激光头平面水平放置;其次对光斑进行焦距的确定与位置分析,结合3轴精细运动联动,确定激光头的空间位置,以及焦距位置,从而实现蓝光激光头全自动倾斜调整,大大提高了对蓝光激光头模块的良品率,达98%以上。
To solve the problem of not easily and precisely locating the blue laser head,the techniques of machine vision,position capturing and two axis motion controlling are used to determine and keep the laser head horizontally. The spacial position of laser and the focal length are determined by position analysis combined with fine motor three axis linkage so as to realize blue laser automatic tilt adjustment. The yield of the blue laser module is greatly improved to 98 percent or more.
