摘要 室性期前收缩（premature ventricular contractions,PVCs）为临床常见的心律失常,可见于多种器质性及非器质性心脏病患者。对于非器质性心脏病患者,称为特发性PVCs。以往研究认为,特发性PVCs是良性疾病,不需治疗,但近年来国内外多项临床研究及动物实验证明,频发PVCs可诱发可逆性心肌病变,并且提出了室性期前收缩诱发性心肌病（PVC-induced cardiomyopathy,PICMP）这一概念。
