摘要
现代学徒制是深化"工学结合,校企合作",融合传统学徒制与学校职业教育的创新人才培养方式,"双元制"和顶岗实习是现代学徒制的两种具体形式,分别代表了德国和中国的职业教育模式,而"双元制"被誉为世界职业教育的成功样板,其经验值得借鉴。从大数据视角出发,通过对德国"双元制"和中国顶岗实习的对比分析,探索借鉴双元制经验推进现代学徒制的途径。
The Modern apprenticeship system is to deepen the ＂School-Enterprise Cooperation, Work-Study Combined＂, integration of traditional apprenticeship and vocational education in schools talent cultivation mode. ＂Dual system＂ and internship are two kinds of specific forms of modern apprenticeship system, which represent the vocational education mode of Germany and China respectively, ＂dual system＂ is regarded as a successful model of world vocational education, its successful experience is worth for reference. From perspective of big data, by comparing German dual system and Chinese internship, and explore ways of promoting modern apprenticeship.
