推动无障碍阅读的版权立法动向 被引量：2

摘要 《马拉喀什条约》更新了推动无障碍阅读发展的国际版权法框架。为履行条约规定的立法义务,英国、俄罗斯和我国台湾地区于2014年新修订了版权法的相应规定。修订从不同程度上吸收了《条约》的成果,主要聚焦扩大版权例外受益人和可适用作品的范围、促进作品传播的"被授权实体"、规避技术措施和开放跨境交换等议题,对我国著作权立法和图书馆开展相关服务具有借鉴意义。
