摘要
研究了连续退火线过时效温度对DC01的组织与性能的影响,结果表明:当快冷段板温为400℃、过时效板温为380℃时,晶粒尺寸增大,固溶碳析出充分,带钢的屈服强度降低,伸长率提高,DC01的力学性能得到改善。
This paper analyze the effect of overaging temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of DC01. The results indicate that the mechanical properties of DC01 are optimized with the grain size growing,carbon precipitate sufficiently,yield strength decreases and elongation ratio increase when RCS strip temperature is 400℃ and OAS2 strip temperature is 380℃.
