摘要
为了解决RS485及低压载波两种不同通信方式的零散电能表的集中抄表问题,研发了基于广播电视有线传输网路的用电信息数据采集转换器。基于现有的低压集抄技术,确定了转换器的应用架构和硬、软件技术要点。转换器研发、测试成功后,在南宁市某住宅小区的集抄系统中进行应用。应用结果表明:转换器的使用有效降低了低压集抄系统建设的复杂程度,减少了电力线路及信号传输二次导线的铺设和施工成本,有助于提升城市低压居民集抄系统覆盖率、一次抄表成功率及自动化终端上线率等。
In order to solve the concentrated meter reading problem of scattered electric energy meters with two different communication modes of RS485 and low-voltage power line carrier, the electrical energy information data acquisition converter based on cable TV broadcast transmission network is developed. Based on the existing low-voltage concentrated meter reading technology, of the application structure and hardware and software technical points of the converter is determined. After the successful development and testing, the converter is applied in the concentrated meter reading system of a certain residence community in Nanning city. Application results show that the usage of the converter can effectively reduce the construction complexity degree of the low-voltage concentrated meter reading system, and reduced the laying and construction cost of electric power line and secondary conductor of signal transmission, which is helpful to promote the coverage ratio of concentrated meter reading system for city low-voltage customers, the success ratio of one time meter reading and the online ratio of automatic terminal and so on.
