Present Situation Analysis of Physical Fitness Test of Police Recruitment Examination

体能测试是公安机关招录警察时对招考对象进行的身体素质测试手段。运用现场观察、数据统计、文献资料查阅等研究方法,对参加湖南省公安厅招警考试的考生对象体能测试现状和影响因素进行了分析,并提出了提高体能测试成绩的一些训练方法,旨在提高公安队伍新警整体素质。

Physical fitness test is a means of testing candidates＇ physical quality when public security organs recruit policemen. With methods of live observation, statistical data and literature, this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of physical quality test of candidates who participate in police recruitment examination of Public Security Department of Hunan Province. The paper also puts forward some training methods for improving exam results of physical fitness test with the intention to promote the overall quality of new recruits.
