摘要
作为企业业务合作伙伴的HRBP在企业变革管理过程中发挥着重要作用。本文以ZY公司组织变革管理为例,研究HRBP在变革管理中作为组织运营的支撑者、变革管理中的沟通者以及业务主管的HR咨询顾问的角色定位,以期能对HRBP在企业变革管理中有效发挥作用产生启示。
As a business partner in enterprises, HRBP plays an important role in the process of organizational changing management. In this paper, we take the changing management of ZY company for example, which explores the roles of HRBP that is considered as a supporter of organizational operations, a communicator in changing management, and a HR consultant for business executives. Research conclusions can provide some insights on how HRBP works effectively in organizational changing management.
