摘要
作为人力资源领域最重要的概念之一,人力资本的研究与实践仍然存在一些值得关注的问题。人力资本合同的理念和实践的引入,为解决这些问题提供了可能的途径。首先,通过人力资本合同模式,可以实现人力资本的可测量化。其次,人力资本合同使得人力资本投资中的风险可控性增加。最后,人力资本合同模式可以缓解政府、银行和教育部门的资金压力,丰富教育与培训的渠道和形式,促进社会资源更合理配置和社会人力资本的提升。本研究分析了MRU和晨星成长计划等人力资本合同模式的典型案例,并展望了人力资本合同模式对人力资本的理论与实践带来的革新变化和可能面,临的问题。
As a core concept in the human resource management area, human capital research and practice still leave some issues that deserve attention. The introduction of Human Capital Contract provides a way to address these issues. First, the human capital becomes measurable because of the Human Capital Contract. Second, Human Capital Contract reduces risks in human capital investments. Furthermore, Human Capital Contract relieves the financial pressure of educational institutions and enriches the channels and methods of education and training. This will help to enhance the rational distribution of resources and promotes human capital within a society. The current study analyzed the MRU Human Capital Contract plan and Chenxing Plan, which is a representative of Human Capital Contract in China, and gave it a future prospect and possible concems within the area of human capital theory and practice.
