摘要
采用浸渍法分别制备以Y2O3、Al2O3、SiO2为载体的NiWP催化剂,并在固定床反应装置上考察在973-1123K范围内不同载体催化剂CO2重整CH4反应的催化活性。实验结果发现NiWP/Y2O3的催化活性最好。催化剂通过BET、XRD等手段进行表征,发现NiWP/Y2O3比表面最小。同时对3种催化剂积碳后进行TG-DSC表征,发现NiWP/Y2O3的积碳量最少。
NiWP / X( X = Y2O3,SiO2,Al2O3) were prepared by impregnation method. Catalyst activity evaluation was performed in the dry reforming of methane with carbon dioxide reaction at four different temperatures,and the molar ratio of 1∶1 mixture of CH4 and CO2was used as the reaction gas. The results showed NiWP / Y2O3 were the best catalyst. The catalysts were characterized by BET,and XRD. the results showed Ni WP / Y2O3 has the smallest surface. The carbon deposition's catalysts were text by TG-DSC. The results showed NiWP / Y2O3 has the list carbon deposition.
