摘要
对NaY分子筛吸附低浓度废水进行了研究,考察了此吸附剂的吸附性能,实验结果表明:在pH为5、吸附时间为50min、温度为35℃、吸附剂的加入量为40mg的最佳条件下,NaY分子筛对稀土离子Gd3+、Y3+、La3+的饱和吸附容量分别为71.3、69.8、67.0mg·g-1。并采用Langmuir模式对吸附平衡实验做了线性模拟,对吸附等温线进行了探讨。此吸附剂对稀土离子有很强的吸附效果,共存阳离子有利于提高吸附率,并且可以用盐酸解吸回收稀土,可再生利用。
The NaY molecular sieve used in adsorption of rare earth from low concentration wastewater was studied in this paper. The experimental results of the adsorption performance of NaY molecular sieve showed that:under the optimum conditions of adsorption temperature 25 ℃,solution pH = 5,initial mass concentration 100 mg / L and the adsorbent dosage 40 mg,the NaY molecular sieve saturated adsorption amount of rare earth ions Gd^3 +,Y^3 +,La^3 +were 71. 3,69. 8,and 67. 0 mg·g^- 1respectively. The data of adsorption equilibrium were simulated linearly with Langmuir model,and the adsorption isotherm was discussed. The adsorbent has a strong adsorption effect of rare earth ions. Coexistence cations were beneficial to increase the rate of absorption for rare earth on NaY. Rare earth adsorbed on NaY can be eluted by hydrochloric acid. The adsorbent can be regenerated and reused.
